The MCP Server works with any MCP-compatible host, including Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and others. It is a standards-based integration that does not require Green Street-specific tooling. Your team uses the AI tools they already work in.
How is GreenStreetAI different from asking ChatGPT or another general AI tool about CRE markets?
General AI tools are trained on publicly available data and cannot access Green Street’s proprietary research, analytics, or structured datasets. GreenStreetAI retrieves actual Green Street content: sector rankings, REIT valuations, AVM property valuations, market grades, forecasts, and 20,000+ research reports. The source is verified and independent. General AI tools cannot replicate this.
Is my data and query information kept secure?
Yes. Every request made through the MCP Server is authenticated and permission-checked on Green Street’s servers. All communication is encrypted in transit. Clients only access data they are entitled to under their subscription. There is no leakage between client firms.
Which Green Street content will the AI Assistant cover?
The AI Assistant will span all published research reports in the client’s subscription, Green Street News, the Green Street Learning Center, methodology guides, and whitepapers.
