Edoardo leads Green Street’s Pan-European retail, industrial, and net lease research, covering listed and private markets across the U.K. and Europe. He joined in 2017 after roles at Duff & Phelps and PwC, holds economics degrees from Louvain and Maastricht, is a CFA charterholder, and speaks French and Italian.
Adam Shapton
Senior Analyst, Research
Adam is a Senior Analyst in the European Research team, covering the Office sector, and originally joined Green Street’s equity sales team in 2012. He previously worked in Institutional Equity Sales at Macquarie Securities and Fox-Pitt Kelton, and began his career in Corporate Finance at Numis Securities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics from the University of Nottingham.
Alexander Totomanov
Analyst, Research
Alex is an Analyst in Green Street’s European Research team covering the Health Care and Office sectors. He joined in 2021 after roles at JPMorgan, Dealogic, and the Bulgarian National Bank. A CFA and FRM charterholder, he studied at the University of Dayton and conducted graduate research at Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo.
Andres Toome
Senior Analyst, Research
Andres is Green Street’s Pan-European sector head for residential and self-storage, covering listed and private markets across Europe and specializing in student housing. He joined in 2018 after roles in real estate equity and buy-side research. He holds a mechanical engineering degree and a Master’s in Finance from Tallinn University of Technology, with studies at HHL Leipzig.
